At FACE Low-Cost Animal Clinic, we recognize that access to basic veterinary care is critical for keeping pets healthy, with their people, and out of area shelters. Anyone can use our services. FACE offers low-cost vaccines for pets that protect them from preventable diseases.
Vaccine visits include a basic assessment, vaccinations, and parasite prevention/control recommendations. We can also give heartworm tests and/or FIV/FeLV tests at this time.
Because your time is valuable, all visits are by appointment only. Just as in human healthcare, we make every effort to be on time for your appointment, and we appreciate your patience if we are running behind. Make your appointment through this link.

All patients are required to be up-to-date on the rabies vaccine. Please bring proof in the form of a valid rabies certificate or patient history from your primary veterinary provider. If your pet received the rabies vaccine at FACE, we can provide the information you need. If your pet is not up-to-date, you will be required to purchase the rabies vaccine when you visit the clinic with your pet.
We believe animals enrich our lives and all people deserve the opportunity to experience that joy. We also recognize that veterinary costs can be high. Our goal is to help keep pets with the people who love them. With the support of our generous donors, we may be able to provide financial assistance for vaccines for pets. As you fill out the online appointment request, please explain your situation in the notes section at the end. Our staff will contact you with options. You can also email us with your request.
We require a $16 non-refundable deposit for all vaccine appointments, payable when you schedule the appointment. You may reschedule 48 hours before your appointment with no additional deposit or penalty. Your deposit will be applied to your service fees the day of your appointment. The remainder of your payment is due during check-out on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, credit, or debit cards. No personal checks, please. If you give us less than 48 hours notice before you cancel or reschedule, you will lose your deposit. You will have to provide another $16 deposit to schedule a new appointment. We will convert your lost deposit to a donation to the organization.

When you arrive for your appointment, please follow the instructions on the sign in your parking space. Our staff will let you know when you can enter the building with your pet.
Please have a seat in our lobby and wait for your pet’s name to be called. The chairs are spaced to maintain physical distance between you and other guests. Our team will bring your pet to a private exam room, while you wait in the lobby.
If you need to borrow a muzzle please let us know. Dogs must be on a secure and non-retractable leash, and cats must be in a secure carrier.
- Fields with an asterisk (*) are required. - If you have multiple pets needing an appointment for the same day, you must schedule separate appointments for each individual animal. For the safety of your pets, we limit scheduling to three pets per household, per day. Additional pets must be scheduled on separate days. - Vaccine appointments may not be made more than one (1) month in advance. - If you would like your pet to be spayed or neutered and vaccinated on the same day, please select the spay/neuter appointment type and add on vaccinations to your pet’s appointment from the services/packages drop-down box. - When selecting a date during Step 4, click the calendar icon for a list of available appointment dates. - If your pet is up-to-date on their rabies vaccine, they may be eligible for a three-year rabies vaccine.
